The South Shore Roller Girls (SSRG) are Northwest Indiana’s premier women’s flat track roller derby league. Here you will be able to find all the information regarding our league from a schedule of bouts and events. to photos and individual skater bios so you can easily find your favorite skater.
SSRG Ends Season in Iowa
Our final bout of the season was November 15 against the Dakota City Demoliltion Crew in Fort Dodge, Iowa. This was a very big and very skilled team. SSRG fought hard and never gave up, but fell 209-84. MVP Jammer was Trauma Cass, and MVP Blocker was Southurn Comfurt. Thanks to DCDC for their hospitality.

Final Home Bout of 2014, October 25
Thanks to all the fans who came out for our final home bout of the season. Our record improved to 5-3 after a hard-hitting bout against the Midwest Derby Divas. MVP jammer was D'Fleured, MVP blocker was Xena Roller Pricess, and the Most Improved Player award for the season was given to Go Vertigo.

September 20 SSRG vs Aurora 88's
September 20's bout was was fast and furious. Despite being down at the half, SSRG made up over 60 points in the second half, but was edged out by the 88's by 14 points. MVP blocker was Colorado CrusHer, MVP jammer was Southurn Comfurt (her first honor of the season). Thanks to all the fans who made the trip to Aurora.
August 16 SSRG vs Bone City Rollers
On August 16, SSRG improved their record to 3-2 with a win over Bone City Rollers. It was a great match in front of a fired-up home crowd. Thanks to our sponsors, volunteers, and fans, and to Danny Mac for his MC skills. MVP jammer was Colorade CrusHer, and MVP blocker was JackRabbit.
June 21 SSRG vs Terrorz of Tiny Towns
On June 21, SSRG skated in a rematch vs. Terrorz of Tiny Towns. After a hard-fought, back-and-forth battle, Terrorz won by a score of 149-131. Thanks again to all our fans and sponsors!
May 10 SSRG vs Circle City Party Crashers
On May 10, just in time for Mother's Day, our skaters treated their moms to a win over Circle City Party Crashers, 242-94. MVP Jammer was Trauma Cass, and MVP Blocker was Colorado CrusHer. Thanks to the Circle City Derby Girls for hosting us in their great facility, and for all the fans who made the road trip.
SSRG Wins Home Opener
On April 19 our team won its first ever home bout, over the Barbed Wire Betties of Dekalb County, 217 - 73. MVP jammer was Colorado CrusHer, and MVP blocker was Armagwendolyn. This was a great bout in front of a packed house. The team would like to thank the Barbed Wire Betties, our sponsors, and of course our fans for making our first home bout a huge success!

March 29 SSRG vs Terrorz of Tiny Towns
On March 29 SSRG took on the Terrorz of Tiny Towns for the first bout of the season in Columbus, IN. Despite a second-half rally led by MVP jammer IntimiDREtion and MVP blocker Trauma Cass, the team fell by a score of 230 - 74. This was a very physical bout that has our skaters fired up for our home opener on April 19.
